The PM1000 Series is universal plug-on LED display suitable for use with various transmitters having a 4-20mA output and fitted with DIN43650 connector. The Plug in display simply fits between the plug and socket on any DIN43650 connector, it is supplied from the 4-20mA current loop signal of the transmitter. No additional power is required. The unit is user programmable from two buttons behind the front panel enabling scaling, decimal point position and adjustment of the set point position. All are easily set through the menu steps outputted to the LED display and stored in an EEPROM, the programme is not lost in the event of power failure. The display can be rotated through 90o steps for use in different installation positions. The integral open-collector output on the PM1001 model allows the transmitter to be retrofitted easily with a limit contact set point, for use as an alarm or controller.
