KTA-221 Modbus I/O Module

KTA-221 Modbus Digital Input and Output Controller!
The KT-5221 is a Modbus RTU Controlled I/O module. It acts as a Modbus Slave and can be connected to PC's and PLC's

Each Modbus I/O Module provides eight relay outputs each capable of switching 5 amps @240VAC and four opto-isolated digital inputs. Other features of the controller are
8 Relay Outputs
4 Opto Isolated inputs
2 Analog Inputs (0-5V or 0-20mA)
1 PWM Output
RS-485 Port
Both the Modbus address and communication parameters (baudrate, parity) can be saved to EEPROM
All connections to the I/O are via screw connectors.

Communications
It is controlled via a RS-485 port using Modbus functions 1,3,5,6,15 and 16. The relays are treated as coils and the analog inputs and PWM settings are accessed as Holding registers

We can supply a USB to RS485 converter or an RS232 to RS485 converter.
The KT-5200 requires 12VDC to operate. This can be supplied from a plug pack but you will need to remove the plug and connect the wires to the V+ and COM screw terminals
