Dual Cyclic Timer

Dual Cyclic Timer and or Pulse Generator

We have programmed our OCO-001 controller to be a dual cyclic timer or pulse generator.

For each cyclic timer you can configure the width of the high and low portion of the pulse (0 to 9999999.9 secs) and the number of pulses (1 to 9999999). A 0 for the number of pulses indicates endless pulses. A led indicates when the cyclic timer is finished. Two digital inputs control the operation of the timer. An enable pin starts the timer and when low operates the timer. If it goes high then the timing is suspended. A reset pin causes the cyclic timer pulses to restart again

The Dual Cyclic Timer is easily configured by a PC program via its serial port. All parameters are stored into the non volatile EEPROM memory.
Configurations can be saved to your hard drive on your PC.

There are 2 modes of operation
Mode 0 - each cyclic timer or pulse generator acts independently
Mode 1 - the cyclic timers combine. First timer 1's relay is off then switches its relay on for the specified time then timer 2's relay is off and then switches its relay on for the programmed time and the cycle repeats itself
If the off or on time for a timer is set to zero then that part of the cycle is skipped

For configuration all you need is our free software and a standard D9 Male to D9 Female RS232 cable. The Dual Cyclic Timer can be purchased in a DIN rail mount for easy mounting on DIN rail
