The ISEE-MODBUS data
acquisition program is a fully featured minimum cost HMI program for controlling and
monitoring controllers, PLCs and instrumentation that use the modbus protocol. Running
under Windows XP/2000/NT/ME/98 it allows the user to - Interrogate
multiple controllers, PLCs and instruments
- Supports RTU and ASCII modes of Modbus
- View the holding and input registers. They can be viewed as raw
readings or in engineering units.
- Holding and Input registers can contain integers, long integers and
floating point numbers
- View the status of the coils and input status
- Write to the coils and holding registers
- Supports up to 1024 tags
- No graphics to draw. Simply display the readings on the screens.
Readings can be grouped as you like.
- Display registers, coils, statuses and calculated variables on graphs
or trends
- View the maximum and minimum values for each tag
- Log registers, coils, statuses and calculated variables to a csv type
file
- Display and analyse Historical logged files on graphs
- Display and control alarms
- Has a control language consisting of If-Then-Else statements allowing
calculations and
control to be done.
- The program configuration can be saved to disk
All analog, digital inputs
and outputs and calculated variables are defined by tags with real names and real
engineering units making it easy for you to understand what is going on.
Simple to configure and run, the
ISEE-MODBUS software will allow you to monitor PLC and Controller I/O and variables and
with the inbuilt control language and operator interface control setpoints and outputs.
All analog I/O, digital I/O and calculated variables can be logged to a time and date
stamped csv file. The csv file can be easily imported into Excel or Access for analysis or
you can use our charting feature ( see image below) to analyse the data. The operator can
use the cursor on the charts to look at values and easily zoom in and out.
