KTA-194 Hi Current DC Motor PID
Speed Controller Provides feedback
control of DC Motors. Operates in Closed Loop PID mode or Open Loop PWM
mode. Target Speed and PID settings are set via the Pushbuttons and LCD,
Serial Port or Analog Input (potentiometer).
With this kit you can control the speed of a common DC motor rated up to
55V (20A) without
sacrificing motor torque. Operates on a supply voltage of
8V to 26V.
Uses a microcontroller to pulse-width modulate
two high current power IRFZ44
MOSFETs to provide high torque DC Motor Speed
Control. Feedback is achieved with a Photo-Interrupter Pulse (Provided)
Finished Dimensions (mm): 100Wx100Lx40H.

KTA-195 Hi Current DC Motor
PWM
Speed Controller This DC motor
controller uses PWM Pulse Width Modulation to control the speed of a DC
motor. A potentiometer can be used to set the speed or a 0 to 5VDC or 4-20mA signal
can be supplied.
With this kit you can control the speed of a common DC motor rated up to
55V (20A) without
sacrificing motor torque. Operates on a supply voltage of
8V to 26V.
Uses a microcontroller to pulse-width modulate
two high current power IRFZ44
MOSFETs to provide high torque DC Motor Speed
Control. Now PWM Frequencies of 9.7KHz, 1.2KHz, 152Hz and 38Hz can be selected using DIP Switches.
This controller is suitable for controlling Golf Buggy
DC Motors. A customer recently said this was the best controller he had
used with his Golf Buggy Motor.
Finished Dimensions (mm): 100Wx100Lx40H.

KTA-207 Serial Hi Current DC Motor
PWM
Speed Controller
The operation of this 20A DC Motor Speed Controller is configured using a
serial port of a PC. It has 4 different modes of operation.
Mode 1 - Speed is set by ASCII commands received from a serial RS232
connection. Up to 4 Speed Controllers can be addressed and controlled from a
single PC or microcontroller serial port.
Mode 2 - 4 selectable speeds can be chosen using a 4 position rotary
switch
Mode 3 - Motor speed is controlled by a 1-2mS RC Pulse.
Mode 4 - Motor speed is controlled by a PWM pulse stream received
from a PLC or microcontroller
With this kit you can control the speed of a common DC motor rated up to
55V (20A) without
sacrificing motor torque. The controller logic operates on a supply voltage of
8V to 26V. It uses a microcontroller to pulse-width modulate
two high current power IRFZ44
MOSFETs to provide high torque DC Motor Speed
Control. PWM Frequencies of 9.7KHz, 1.2KHz, 152Hz and 38Hz can be selected
using a serial command.
A straight through D9 Male to Female serial cable is required
to configure and communicate with the controller via a PC. The PC software
supplied is a Visual Basic program with
source code provided for you to be able to write your own programs to
control the motor from your PC.
Finished Dimensions (mm): 100Wx100Lx40H.

KIT-067 and KTA-067 DC Motor Speed Controller
With this kit control the speed of any common DC motor rated up to
55V (5A) without
sacrificing motor torque. Operates on a supply voltage of 5V to 15V.
Uses NE556 to pulse-width modulate a high current power MOSFET, IRFZ44.
In this way motor torque is maintained. Adjustable speed control.
Box mounted. Finished Dimensions (mm): 60Wx100Lx30H.
